Ms. Zeinab joined Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) in 2002, since then, she has been practicing nursing profession for the last 20 years in several HMC facilities. Currently, she works as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in palliative care program at National Center for Cancer Care and Research (NCCCR) since 2015.

Prior to that, she worked in different leadership and clinical roles. She held different clinical positions from Registered Nurse, Charge Nurse to Head Nurse in different specialties including coronary care unit, adult, and pediatric cardiac catheterization laboratory in addition to residential care service where she worked with patients’ having complex intellectual, physical and mental disabilities. Ms. Zeinab worked as a part time research assistant in the University of Calgary-Qatar (UCQ) where she earned her bachelor and master’s degree in nursing. She is a participant in the Emerging Teachers in Health Sciences Program-UCQ. She is a Best Practice Spotlight Organization’s (BPSO) Champion. She is also a certified Clinical Health Coach in 2022 from Iowa Chronic Care Consortium (ICCC) and continuum care group. In 2021, she completed her fellowship in Palliative Care Program and performed as a mentor for candidates in 2022. She completed Leadership for Change Program from International Council of Nursing (ICN) and Ministry of Health in 2017. Additionally, she has several publications that focuses on nursing care, caregiving in cancer care, cardiology, pain management, and palliative care. Lastly, she performed as a guest speaker and a panelist in different local and international conferences and seminars
