Dr. Badriya Al Lenjawi is an Executive Director of Nursing for the Corporate Nursing and Midwifery Research Department at Hamad Medical Corporation. Worked her way from Staff Nurse to Clinical Nurse Specialist in Medical Cardiology and Cardiovascular department accumulating 40 years of diverse clinical and leadership experience now specializing in research and mentoring talents within the corporation.

Recipients of 2018 Social Impact Award UK Alumni Finalist; 2015 Cannes Film Festival (International) and in 2014 Star of Excellence — Leadership for Change; 2013 GCC Nursing Award.

Educational background includes a diploma in Nursing from Qatar School of Nursing in Doha, Qatar, Baccalaureate in Nursing at the College of Health Science in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Master of Nursing from Whitworth College Spokane, WA, U.S.A., Post Graduate Research Diploma at Middlesex University in Enfield, UK; Doctor of Philosophy (Ph-D) at the University of Greenwich in Kent, UK, focusing on Diabetes. Achieved ILM Master Level for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors and a Certified Global Nurse Consultant (CGNC), CGFNS-ICN.

Published a book about diabetes, articles and journals in the Middle East Journal of Family Medicine, the Australian Wound Practice & Research, Journal of Lymph edema – the UK, Journal of Diabetic Foot Complications – USA and currently working on the 2^nd edition of Diabetes book.
