Mr. Esmat Swallmeh received his BSc degree in nursing from the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), MSc degree in nursing from Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland (RCSI) , higher diploma in intensive care from Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and PhD in Healthcare management from Technology University Dublin. He also finished MSc in Healthcare Management from College of Business, Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland. Esmat has also 11 years of practiced experience in the Irish healthcare sector, having worked in intensive care for Irish hospitals in Ireland since 2001. His interest includes Patient Experience, Lean Practices in healthcare, Simulation and Modelling. Esmat joined HMC in June 2015 as a clinical nurse specialist. Currently, he is working in the capacity of Assistant Executive Director of Nursing for Medicine and Neuroscience.
